He received his law degree in 1997 from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and a diploma in communication in 2002 from the ELTE Faculty of Humanities. He worked at the National Radio and Television Commission between 1997 and 2003, and was a researcher at the Institute of Applied Communication Sciences from 2004 to 2010, where he made international comparative legal researches. He completed his studies in 2007 at the Doctoral School of Law and Political Sciences of Széchenyi István University, his dissertation’s preliminary debate was completed in 2015. From 2006 he is teaching at the Infocommunications Legal Department of the Faculty of Law of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary.

His main research area is European audiovisual regulation and policy, but he is also interested in the problems related to the protection of minors, the regulation issues of commercial communication, the sustainability of the dual media model, the competition aspects of public service media and in the legal problems generated by new mediums.
